Kelly Hoffman

Kelly earned her business degree at the Kelly School of Business from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. She began her career in management program for Cintas First Aid & Safety in Chicago. She later returned to Indianapolis to continue her career in the family business, Koorsen Fire & Security, working in a variety of positions. IN 2010, she and investors purchased the integrated Security Division from Koorsen Fire & Security founding KST Security. Kelly is the CEO and majority owner of KST Security.

Skip Sampson

Skip has over 30 years of experience in the field of electronic security. His diversified experience in the security industry has led him from his initial start as a field installation technician to where he is today – President of KST Security. He has served at multiple levels in the leading organization for security professionals – ASIS International. Skip became Board Certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) in 1998. He has published numerous articles in leading security trade publications on subjects such as “Breaking Down Barriers” – How Security Integrators can work well with IT Integrators, Uses of GPS technology in law enforcement and private enterprise, and Biometrics and its real-world implementations.

Gannon Switzer

Prior to joining KST, Gannon started his career in the industry as a manufacturer’s rep covering Indiana Michigan and Kentucky.  He joined KST six years later as the Indianapolis Branch Manager and has since served the company in various roles including both Director of Sales and Vice President. Over the course of his eight years leading KST, the company has experienced tremendous growth. A former teacher and high school coach, he remains an advocate of advanced training and education for organizational health. Gannon is a sought after speaker on industry panels and has been recognized repeatedly by industry partners for his sales leadership.

Chris Moore
Vice President

Chris has over 25 years of management and sales experience within the field of integrated electronic security. He began his career as a security systems field technician immediately after serving time in the United States Army. He learned many aspects of the security business as service technician, service manager, operations manager and eventually branch manager. He started his own custom security and technology company where he grew it to be one of the largest independently owned security companies in Indianapolis.

Tom Feilen
Vice President of National Accounts

After serving in the United States Army and obtaining an Associated Degree of Electronics Technology, Tom started in the industry for a local integrator as a Service and Installation Manager for Fire and Security. Tom was then hired by a Regional Integrator as a Service Manager and promoted to Project Manager for installations of Access Control, Nurse Call, Video and Pro Sound systems. He next joined the national integrator ADT as the Operations Manager for several years over the Retail National Accounts group. He then moved up to Operations Manager for the National Accounts Division at Stanley Security.

Dana Ewing

Dana joined KST Security in June 2016 as Corporate Controller.   She has over 20 years of experience in accounting.  Prior to joining KST Security she served as Controller for Koorsen Fire & Security where she developed processes and procedures while learning the security business.  The transition to KST Security was seamless with the security background in place.  Dana is responsible for the financial management and oversight of a well-respected industry leader in security integration.  Her primary goal is to ensure a strong financial foundation to support sustainable and profitable future growth for the company.

Christie Yoder
Corporate Admin & HR Strategist

Christie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing at Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business.  She has had an extensive history with KST through the years. She has held many roles in the organization as KST has grown to what it is today. In the beginning, Christie was in charge of customer service, vendor purchasing, customer invoicing, job costing and accounts payable. Through the years as KST grew and expanded, Christie transitioned in to the Office Manager coordinating each of these efforts as well as heading up administrative training across all of our branches. Christie’s current role of HR Strategist includes HR, payroll and benefits for the growing KST team.
